4.2 AI-Generated Content

SlickPrompts is a platform for sharing AI-generated content and prompts. You are responsible for ensuring that content you share complies with the terms of the AI tools used to create it. Ownership of AI-generated content is subject to the terms of the respective AI provider.

4.3 Content Restrictions

You must not post content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains sexually explicit material involving minors.
  • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination.
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive links.

5. Intellectual Property

The SlickPrompts name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of SlickPrompts. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using SlickPrompts, you must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission.
  • Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions.
  • Use the Platform for commercial advertising or solicitation without permission.
  • Create multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate voting.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SlickPrompts is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlickPrompts and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to reputation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SlickPrompts at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though content you have posted may remain visible.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use of SlickPrompts after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
